Markus Hofstetter welcomed as the president of ITM, the 10 members present at the fire place of the dry mill horn. 1 member has apologized.
Markus Hofstetter thanks the actuary for the drafting of the Protocol of 23 June 2008 and can vote on it. Result: Carried unanimously!
second Annual Report of the President
Markus Hofstetter reported on the encouraging turn stimulate activities in the drying area. Also this season, have held their training in different classes Mühlehorn.
The barbecues after sailing belong here to tradition.
A good agreement exists with HMQ and the community Mühlehorn.
third Financial statements and auditors report
Michael Bachmann explains the 2008 financial statements of the ITM. This includes a loss of CHF 314.85. The net assets amount to CHF 2'275 .35 per 31.12.2008.
Michael mentioned the good payment habits of our members.
The financial statements are the auditors and Ruedi Moser Andrea Star Kermann as found in order and approved by those present.
The President owes the clean out financial statements of the Treasurer.
4th Annual dues and green fees
Michael Bachman presented the budget for 2010 which with a profit of CHF 399, - closes. This is also approved unanimously.
The course fees are kept at the present level.
5th Elections
President, Treasurer, secretary and groundsman will be standing for re-election and are according to 4-year cycle confirmed.
Also confirmed are the auditors as well as Andrea Ruedi Moser Star Kermann.

No changes to the statutes.

The sweepings bag for dry storage is not empty for some time more regularly by the community.
The boards of table and bench at the Feuerstellle are partly decayed and been destroyed by vandalism.
The fireplace and barbecue tools were also damaged.
Markus Hofstetter is this with the community Mühlehorn name translated to correct these deficiencies.
