Schess' Thai Curry
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon red curry paste from the Asiashop
1 teaspoon lemon grass, like whether or not dried by Sonnentor
1 clove garlic
1 cm ginger
3 spring onions
1 red bell pepper
green beans or snow peas
1 fixed pear
150ml vegetable stock turkey cutlets
1 can of coconut milk
rice
Preparation:
rice cook blanch
snow peas short
meat cut into strips fry in the pot, curry paste, garlic and ginger finely chopped, pour in vegetable broth, simmer until the meat is cooked, add green onions, bell peppers, simmer min ten, then the sugar snaps, the lemongrass and coconut milk into it, turn off heat and cover it, after ten more minutes the chopped pear - that's it!
The rice can be eaten as a side dish or mixed in directly in the sauce: O)
